01

Room space

Confirm the room size and intended position with VCS. Let us know about uneven or sloping ground, overhead obstructions or anything that could affect installation.

A photo of the proposed space helps us plan.

02

Access route

Tell us about narrow doorways, steps, gates, lifts or restricted routes between unloading and the installation area. Share any vehicle height limits or delivery restrictions.

Please keep the agreed access route clear on installation day.

03

Power supply

Check the required supply and connection arrangements with our team before installation. Tell us where the supply is located and whether it will be available when we arrive.

Unsure about power? Contact us so we can confirm what your room needs.

04

Doors and refrigeration

Agree space for the doors to open, any external ramp and the refrigeration equipment. Keep space around external motors for airflow and access for servicing or replacement.

Our team will confirm the clearance needed for your chosen room.

05

Site arrangements

Confirm the installation date, unloading location and an on-site contact. Let us know about security checks, inductions, permits or site rules before we travel.

Please make sure someone is available to show our team the installation area.

06

Ready for the team

Clear the agreed footprint and unloading area. Tell us before arrival if the space, access, power or dates have changed so we can work through it together.

Have an outstanding question? Give us a call before installation day.
